If you want to get your floorboards back to their original natural glory, you will probably need a floor sander.

The Hiretech HT8 Drum Floor Sander 240v can result in a high quality, score-free finish on hard and soft wood floors, including parquet.

It sands quickly but accurately, resulting in an even finish and levelling. The dust bag will capture any debris, resulting in a clean dust-free home.

The floor sander can also be used on a wide range of other surfaces including some types of decking, fibre board, cork, composition, and engineered floors.

But such a big machine can’t get accurately into the corners, which is why the floor sanding bundle also includes the Hiretech HT7 Disc Floor Edging Sander 240v.

It is ideal for confined areas such as closets, stair treads and sanding right up to the edge of a floor [edge sanding]. This ensures your whole room can be sanded evenly, which leaves no corner untouched.

Both sanders require a Residual Current Device (RCD) when in use, so this is also included in the bundle. An RCD will cut power instantly if there is an indication of earth, leakage and socket wiring faults, reducing the risk of an electric shock.
