Speedy Hire has partnered with Cadent Gas to trial a full range of battery‑powered tools—including demolition hammers, tower lights and stick pumps—to support gas network operations with lower emissions and improved safety.

Over a 12‑week period, the trial proved that battery tools deliver powerful performance, work safely in tight or enclosed spaces, and help Cadent move closer to their ESG and carbon‑reduction goals. Speedy Hire continues to support customers in adopting cleaner, greener equipment solutions.
