Building your future throughout your career at Speedy Hire.
Currently, there are 65 early careers trainees at Speedy Hire. A further 30 colleagues are using apprenticeships to upskill and progress their careers. Our apprentices range in age from 16 to 40+ and follow individual pathways.
Our late careers mentoring programme ensures the skills of our more experienced colleagues are passed on to trainees. We provide training and financial incentive to mentors across the business to work with first year apprentices, facilitating a two-way sharing of knowledge and experience.
