With over 2000 individual products and an asset value exceeding £330m, Speedy's hire fleet is one of the largest and most modern in the UK.

Maintaining the quality and integrity of this fleet is the job of our supply chain department who work in partnership with hundreds of manufacturers supporting product development and innovation, so that we can offer our customers the latest technology and the ultimate performance.

But, it is not enough to simply supply products. To provide the highest standards of service our employees must understand what products do and how they work.

That's why we work closely with manufacturers and invest heavily in product training to make sure that all customer facing staff have a good working knowledge of the equipment they supply.

As the range includes increasingly sophisticated equipment a more thorough understanding is required for certain products and throughout the company we have a network of product specialists.

These specialists have a much deeper knowledge of the equipment and the technical issues through experience often with a manufacturer or within the industry. This enables us to provide our customers with technical information and advice on performance and productivity, operating characteristics and important safety issues.
