Delivery & Collection Service

  • Equipment can be delivered and collected (same day if required).
  • Provide your own transport and we will advise you on what type of vehicle you will need.
  • Understanding concerns in regard to manual handling, we will advise if extra assistance is required for loading and unloading.
  • Save costs - get your tools and consumables delivered together.

New Stock Boosters

Items featured throughout our product catalogue with the stock booster message are guaranteed for delivery within 3 hours of the placement of your order, otherwise the first day's hire of that item is FREE.

Trade Counter

You can collect the equipment you need yourself. For your added convenience the weight of each product is shown in kilograms as part of the description.

Standard Delivery

Tools, Access & Equipment, Pipework & Engineering, Lifting & Material Handling products can be delivered and collected within 3 hours on our scheduled routing for a small charge.

Sprinter Delivery

Unforeseen circumstances? Need an urgent delivery or collection? Why not ask us about our excellent Sprinter Service where we will guarantee to be with you within 1 hour. Minimum carriage £10.00 each way (subject to availability).

Essentials

DELIVERY

Despatch

Orders placed for Site Essentials before 5.00pm will be delivered next day. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Orders placed for Access Essentials will be delivered free of charge within 3-5 working days of placing order, providing the item is in stock.

Carriage

Free delivery on orders over £50.00 Ex VAT (All ACCESS Essentials delivered free of charge regardless of order value). For orders under £50.00 ex VAT a carriage charge of £5.00 will be applied to the order.

Receipt

Goods must be checked for quality, condition and quantity in the presence of the carrier by the customer. By signing the documentation you are confirming the satisfactory receipt of the above.

If the goods are not received in a satisfactory condition this must be noted on the proof of delivery and Speedy Essentials notified within 24 hours. For Access Essentials - 0845 600 3679 for Site Essentials 0845 600 3677. If this condition is not observed, no claim will be entertained.

Returns

Customers may return Essentials goods within 28 days providing they are unused and in a saleable condition, together with the receipt. A collection charge and handling fee will apply. We reserve the right to charge the customer for any goods that are returned damaged.
