Every customer is allocated a dedicated account manager and it is his or her job to make sure that customers always get the service for which Hire Direct is so well known. This means getting the right equipment, to the right place on time, the provision of health and safety training if required and accurate account information.
But, it doesn't end there. Even though we have almost £200m worth of equipment occasionally, a customers needs something we don't have, usually specialist equipment or skips. No problem. If you need it, we will do our best to get it for you which includes sourcing from another hire company if that's what it takes.
